What are the HIgher Self and the Guides?

Lets explore who the Higher Self, the Spirit Guides and similar are. You’ve probably heard different names/ terms that describe non physical entities, consciousness, such as God/ Super Consciousness/ Source/ Universe, Angels, Archangels, Guardian Angel, Spirit Team, Higher Self and many more. Guardian Angel, Spirit Team, Angels, etc. , who “support” you throughout your life can be combined into one term/ category of “Guidance system” or “Guidance Team” or simply “Guides”. And most of the time they change over the time depending on one’s progress. Sometimes help and support comes from the outside of your normal Guides group as required.

“Higher Self” can be described as a greater part of you, which is non physical. Think of it somewhat as familiar “Soul”, “Spirit”. However, it is so, so much more. Some people call it Super Soul or Over Soul. Dolores Cannon, a woman who created QHHT (Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique) called it a “Subconscious”, which is different from Psychologists’ definition of the same term.

You experiencing life on Earth is only a small part of YOU. Your Higher Self encompasses all that you are “outside” of your physical body, your personality or rather a non material part of you that is enormous. It is part of you that is connected to the Universe/ Source.

Everything is an extension of Source/ God in a different expression, including you.

To give a very simplified example. Imagine a particle representing God/ Source, from which everything sprung into the existence and it branches from it’s center to all directions. Each branch has many, many, many more branches on it’s own. Imagine you at the end of one such branch. Whatever is closer to your physical you in your “lineage”/ branch, if you will, has the most “connection” to you. In this example, one can say there is a hierarchy of sort. From the source to the smallest physical being/ thing and a particle. But here we go again - a particle, as a smallest physical “thing" that everything consist of, is the Source itself.

Also, everything exists at the same time - past, present, future. And everything and everyone is expressed by God/ Source experiencing her/himself.

From the higher perspective and very simply put, you is all that exists in different forms, because you are a God’s expression. And Higher Self and your Guidance system is You as well.
